In 2003, Fire Lake Elementary proudly renamed its media center The Linda Connelly Children’s Library in honor of a remarkable woman whose grace, passion, and dedication left a lasting legacy. Linda Connelly was a devoted educator and an inspiring leader who truly believed in the magic and beauty that books bring to young readers. Today, the Fire Lake Library stands at the heart of our school, offering a vibrant space filled with printed and digital books, engaging reading clubs, computers, and endless opportunities for learning and discovery. It is a place where curiosity is nurtured, imagination flourishes, and a love of reading begins.
